Proceed to the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to hotel staff. You must register your license plate number with the agent to validate your parking reservation. The agent will give you a parking permit. Place this visibly on your dashboard before leaving your vehicle.

Once checked in, gather your belogings, and proceed to board the shuttle to the airport.

Upon arrival back to BWI, collect your luggage and call the hotel at (410) 859-8855 to request a shuttle. The Hotel agent will direct you to the appropriate shuttle area depending on your airline. Board the shuttle specifically marked “Courtyard”.

When back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
