When you arrive at the hotel, pull your vehicle up to the main entrance under the awning or in the temporary loading zone directly in front of the lobby, and head to the front desk with your SpotHero Parking Pass and your license plate number, where you will be checked in by the desk agent.

Move your vehicle to the main guest parking lot. You may park anywhere not marked as "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the front of the hotel to the shuttle pickup area.

When you arrive back at PNS, gather your belongings and call the hotel directly at +1 850-476-8383 to request a shuttle. Proceed to the designated Hotel Shuttle curb located outside the baggage claim area, and board the shuttle clearly marked with the Residence Inn logo.

Once back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
