When you arrive at the hotel, pull up to the front entrance, proceed to the front desk, and present your SPotHero Parking Pass to the front desk agent, who will provide a parking permit. Place the permit clearly on your vehicle's dashboard where it is visible at all times.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved."

Secure your vehicle, gather your belongings, and return to the hotel lobby to board the airport shuttle. (Please arrive at the parking facility at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure)

When arriving back at TPA, gather your belongings, and call the hotel directly at (813) 877-9200 to request shuttle pickup. Proceed to the designated pickup location as instructed by
hotel staff *(proceed to the arrival zones **Red 1, Red 2, Blue 1, Blue 2**, or the **Rental Car Area**)*

Board the shuttle marked Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel and return to the parking facility.

When you arrive back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go! Note: If your stay exceeds the prepaid reservation period due to
a delayed return, stop by the front desk before exiting to pay any applicable overage charges.
