When arriving at the hotel, pull your vehicle up to the front entrance, head inside to the front desk to present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the front desk representative. They will provide you with a physical parking permit. Place this permit clearly on your vehicle's dashboard. This permit must be easily visible to lot security personnel. Shuttle service is unavailable between 12:00 AM (Midnight) and 5:00 AM. If your flight departs or arrives during these hours, you will need to arrange your own rideshare or  taxi transportation.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area.

 When returning back at FLL, gather your belongings and call the hotel directly at (954) 728-2577 to request a shuttle back to the hotel. Proceed to the lower level Arrivals commercial curb area designated for hotel shuttles, and board the van marked with the Holiday Inn Express logo. Shuttle service is unavailable between 12:00 AM (Midnight) and 5:00 AM. If your flight departs or arrives during these hours, you will need to arrange your own rideshare or taxi transportation.

Once back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
