When you arrive at the hotel, pull up to the entrance and head inside to the front desk to present your SpotHero Parking Pass.

The front desk agent will provide you with a parking permit. Place this permit clearly on your vehicle's dashboard to ensure it is visible to lot security.

You may park anywhere not marked as "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area.

When you arrive back at MIA, gather your belongings and call the hotel front desk directly at 305-261-3335 to request a shuttle dispatch. Proceed to the designated Hotel Shuttle curb located outside the baggage claim area, and board the shuttle van marked with the Homewood Suites by Hilton logo.

When back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
