- 24/7 shuttle service is available at no cost from this location. Shuttles depart from the center lobby every 4-8 minutes and drop customers off at all terminals.
- PreFlight Facts: We never close. We are 2.5 miles or 7–12 minutes from the airport and our shuttles run every 4–8 minutes. We recommend that you arrive at our facility at least 30 minutes prior to the time that you want to be at the airport.
- ADA / Accessible Shuttle Request Instructions (PreFlight ORD) 1. 24 Hours In Advance: Call 847.678.9234 (PreFlight ORD location) to notify and request ADA Shuttle service at least 24 hours prior to your trip. 2. 1 Hour Before Arrival: Call the location 1 hour prior to your arrival at the parking facility so we can have an accessible shuttle prepped and ready for you. 3. Airport Pickup: Upon returning to the airport, call us ASAP so we can dispatch the shuttle to pick you up at the designated airport terminal pickup spot. 4. Please Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for an accessible shuttle to pick you up from the airport after your call.

- If you return to O'Hare International Airport between midnight and 8:00 a.m., please call (847) 678-9234 for pick up. At all other times, a bus will arrive every 4 - 8 minutes at the airport's bus and shuttle center.
- Please be mindful of your scheduled arrival and exit times. If you arrive early, or stay later than your SpotHero reservation time period, you will have to pay the overage to the onsite cashier before you can exit.
- PreFlight ORD is a four story parking garage that offers three different parking options: Roof top parking – located on the fourth level; this is the most economical option. Economy Covered – located on floors 2 & 3; this area is covered and the stalls are wider than rooftop parking. Premium Covered – located on the ground floor; this area is covered and offers the widest parking spaces at O’Hare.
- THE AVERAGE SHUTTLE TIME TO THE TERMINALS IS 8–12 MINUTES.
- This rate is only valid for covered parking on levels 2 and 3 of the parking garage.

Enter this location at the intersection of N Mannheim Rd and United Pkwy. This is the PreFlight O'Hare garage. From the intersection of W Irving Park Rd. and N Mannheim Rd., head south on N Mannheim Rd. towards United Pkwy. Turn left on United Pkwy., and the entrance will be directly ahead. The entrance will be past the red PreFlight Airport Parking sign, and just north of the BP gas station and Dunkin Donuts.

Follow the signs to the ramp up and park on floors 2 or 3. To enter the upper floors, please scan your entry barcode at the transition station. Proceed to the elevator lobby and take the elevator down to the ground floor where a shuttle will take you and your luggage to the airport.
NEW PICKUP LOCATION! Airport pickup location for terminals 1, 2 & 3 is now at terminal 2, lower level, middle lane, outside door 2C.
From terminal 1 with no checked luggage: stay inside security and follow signs to terminal 2. Go to terminal 2 baggage claim area and exit door 2C (near information desk), go out to middle curb and look to the right for the PreFlight bus.
From terminal 1 baggage claim: exit door 1F (near baggage claim 1), go to the right to terminal 2 middle curb. During cold weather you can walk inside terminal 2 to door 2C near information desk or follow the signs using the lower tunnel to terminal 2, then up to baggage claim, then to door 2C near information desk. Go out to the middle lane and look right for the bus.
From terminal 2: go to baggage claim and exit door 2C near the information desk, go out to middle curb and look right for the PreFlight bus.
From terminal 3: go to baggage claim and exit door 3A (farthest left), go left to terminal 2 middle curb.
For Terminal 5 pickup: please call or text for pick up once you clear customs. Proceed to the lower level outer curb outside door 5E for pick up.

Stop by the Office, and show Customer Service your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device, along side with your ticket pulled when you first entered. The attendant will tie your ticket to your SpotHero QR code so you can scan to exit.
