- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.

- Note for all Tesla vehicles: Tesla vehicles are restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.

Enter this location at 150 E 97th St. This is the 152 E 97th st Valet garage operated by iPark. It is located on the south/left-hand side of E 97th St. (a westbound one-way street) between 3rd Ave. and Lexington Ave. Look for the white vertical 'Park' sign with red lettering above the garage entrance.
Note: This is the second garage on the left side of E 97th St; It is the one closer to Lexington Ave. please use the photos to verify you are in the correct location.
- When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
- The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!
