- Please be mindful of your reservation expiration time. If you continue to park after your reservation has expired, you will be towed at your own expense.
- Please be sure to park within the yellow lines marking your parking space. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
- Your pass is valid for ONE "gate lift" ONLY. After you have used VendGate to open the garage door and park your vehicle, use the QR code at the pedestrian entry to access the garage and retrieve your vehicle at the end of your reservation. You MUST have a mobile phone with the SpotHero app to redeem this spot.

This Garage is located in the alley adjacent to 922 W Washington Blvd. From the intersection of N Sangamon St. and W Washington Blvd., head East on W Washington Blvd. towards N Peoria St. Turn left to enter the alley at 910 W Washington Blvd. Head North through the alley until you reach the Garage adjacent to 922 W Washington Blvd., and enter through the 2nd (northern-most) garage door with the white sign stating "Parking - Online Reservations Only"
**Pedestrian access is available at the doors labelled "Bicycle Room", just south of the garage entrance. Scan the QR code from the top of your parking pass for easy entry**
- To open the garage door, please visit http://www.vendgate.com/Parkers.aspx to enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation is good for one "gate lift" ONLY. Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry. If you are having trouble getting into the garage, please call the ABM call center at (312) 541-6351 and they can remotely vend if necessary.
- You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#. DO NOT use VendGate to re-enter the garage, use the QR code from your parking pass to scan into the "Bicycle Room" door. You may park anywhere that doesn't say 'Reserved.' Please be sure to park within the yellow lines marking your parking space.Â
- Pedestrian Re-entry:Â Use the QR code from your parking pass to access the pedestrian entry, labelled "Bicycle Room." Place the QR code from your parking pass in front of the scanner window, roughly 2 inches from the blinking red light. Turn the door handle up, and then pull to open the door.
- When you are ready to leave, drive to the exit gate, the gate will lift and you are free to go! Please be sure to exit this facility before your reservation has expired. Â
