- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate passenger vans and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc).

- Please be sure to only occupy one space. Vehicles that take up more than one parking spot, and are not correctly parked in the lot, will be subject to a tow at the customer's expense.
- Please note: Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour. Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 30 minutes. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C

Enter this location at 5440 N River Rd. This is the Crown Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel and Conference Center lot. It is located on the west side of N River Rd. between Balmoral Ave. and Bryn Mawr Ave. The entrance is across the street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
- Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- Upon arrival, enter off of River Road, park in the 15-minute area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. The front desk will validate your reservation and provide you with a parking tag and a parking pass.
- Once you have these items, please take your car to the back parking lot prior to taking the hotel shuttle. You will have to pull a ticket to enter the lot. Please note: the parking tag provided by the front desk will need to display on your windshield. If the tag is not displayed or if you are not parked in the back lot, your car will be towed.
- Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour.
Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C.
- From International Terminal please take O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) train Terminal #2, Lower Level, Door 2 C. Shuttle runs on schedule, twice per hour and there is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions. - When you return to the hotel, go to the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
