- Free transportation to & from the airport is provided on modern shuttle buses. Shuttle buses run from 5 am to midnight and the free shuttle runs continuously. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the shuttle you wish to take. When you return to San Diego Airport our free shuttle runs continuously from the Courtesy Shuttle stop. The shuttle is limited to 8 people at a time. Please plan accordingly.
- Please take a picture of your vehicle before going to the airport. This is recommended for ease of finding your vehicle upon return.
- Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina offers Premier Airport Parking at San Diego Airport (SAN). Located just 0.30 mi from the airport, our parking lot will exceed your expectations.
- This is an outdoor self-parking location. Please stop by the parking desk near the lobby entrance for help or information.

Enter this location on Harbor Island Drive. Enter this location at 1590 Harbor Island Dr. This is the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower, operated by Towne. Please park in the lot on the left hand side- the entrance to this parking lot has a parking rate sign in front of it. Press the button on display for a parking ticket. Keep your parking ticket and reservation with you and present them to the parking attendant upon return. If there is nobody present to assist, please see the hotel front desk agent.
- When you arrive at the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower, please park in the lot on the left-hand side. Press for the ticket on the display screen and enter the parking lot.
- After you have parked, proceed to the area outside the lobby doors and wait for the next shuttle to take you to the airport. Shuttle service is available every day from 4:45 am-12 am and departs every 20-25 minutes. When you return to SAN airport, please go to the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up Area. You may also call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pick up. The shuttle will pick you up from the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up area.
- When you return to SAN, please call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pickup. The shuttle will pick you up at the Transportation Plaza at SAN.
- When you return from your trip, please show the parking attendant near the valet desk your paid confirmation email and they will scan/validate your parking ticket.
- At the exit, please scan the QR code of your parking ticket in the red lasers below the “Scan Barcode Below” area. If you need further assistance, please hit the red help button.
