- Pedestrian entrances and exits are location on Randolph St (north) and Monroe St (south).
- Reservation extensions are available but not guaranteed. Please allow 15 minutes for changes to take effect.
- This reservation is for MILLENNIUM LAKESIDE GARAGE. Enter any of the vehicle ramps at 5 S. Columbus Drive and TURN EAST through the vehicle gates. Your SpotHero pass will only work at the LAKESIDE GARAGE.

Millennium Lakeside - Columbus Entry Enter this location at 5 S Columbus. The entrance is located on Columbus between Monroe and Randolph. Look for the blue signs stating "Millennium Garages" over the entrance ramps on the shoulder or median of Columbus. When you pull into the ramp, follow the white signs stating "Lakeside Garage."
Please be sure to enter the facility labelled "Lakeside Garage." Your reservation will not be accepted at any other facility.
- Scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the barcode about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your barcode again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
