As you reach the entry gate you will scan your parking reservation - do not take a ticket. Your phone or printed reservation must be inserted into the scanner area on the face of the parking kiosk where the red light is. If you run into a challenge please use the intercom button and a team member will assist you. Do not take a ticket to enter the garage as it often leads to charges on exit.

Park in any space not marked as reserved between floors 3 and 5. Do not park in areas identified as reserved or valet parking only.

When leaving, drive to the exit gate and scan your reservation again just as you did on entry.
