• If you are parking outside of normal business hours and there is no attendant present, you will have to self park on the lower level.
• If you are staying several nights & self-parked after hours Monday– Friday on level P1, P2 or P3, you must bring your keys to the valet attendant during the valet hours (6am – 8pm) the next day so they have access to move your vehicle on that level. If not, your vehicle may be moved to a different spot on that level.
• Please Note: Upon arrival, you must tell the attendant when you plan to pick up your car to be sure the valet is available at that time.

• This is an underground garage. Mobile service can be erratic, please consider bringing a print-out of the parking pass (not required!) or taking a screenshot of the bar code to avoid connection issues while redeeming.
• When Reservation Start Time is between Friday, January 24th: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM/Saturday, January 25th: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM/ Monday, January 27th through Friday, January 31st: Nightly from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM - display the following message... Please be advised that the Upper Wacker Drive parking garage ramp will be closed Wednesday, January 22nd through Friday, January 24th from 7pm until 4am (overnight). During the closure you will be able to access the parking garage via the Lower Wacker Drive entrance. Building security will be on hand to monitor and provide assistance as needed. Please see the attached map which provides directions to the Lower Wacker Drive entrance.
