Traveling south on Dade Blvd., exit onto Washington Ave. James Ave. can be access by either turning on the left-hand side onto 19th St. or 18th St. If turned onto 19th St., make a right-hand turn onto James Ave. Alternatively, if turned onto 18th St., make a left-hand turn James Street. Parking lot will be on the left or right-hand side respectively, directly across from Pestana South Beach Hotel. Parking lot entrance is marked by two blue signs with white lettering.
