- If you lose your claim ticket this location charges a fee $25 even if you have your reservation. Please do not lose your CLAIM TICKET.
- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate pickup trucks and passenger vans.

- If you are parking overnight, you cannot access your car after business hours, between 11pm-6am. Pick up your car the next day between 6am-11pm. You can request the car 10 minutes ahead of time by calling or texting at 312-493-9388. Give your ticket number, make and model and the valet will get the car ready.
- Oversized vehicles are NOT ACCEPTED for overnight parking. (NO EXCEPTION)
- PLEASE NOTE: Oversized vehicles are not accepted via SpotHero reservations. If your vehicle is over 6ft and you would still like to park, you must pay an additional $10 fee on-site.
- There are no In/Out Privileges for Overnight Parking

Enter this location at 110 E Delaware Pl. This valet garage is operated by NCR Parking Management. It is located on the north/left-hand side of Delaware Pl. (a one-way street) between N Rush St. and N Michigan Ave.
From the intersection of N Rush St. and E Delaware Pl., head east on E Delaware Pl. towards N Michigan Ave. The parking garage will be on your left-hand side at the intersection of E Delaware Pl. and N Ernst Ct. Follow the directions to arrive on to Ernst and make a left into the building and enter Where the Sign says Hotel and Public Parking which will be will be immediately to your right.(Please reference the attached photos.)
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
