- Upon arriving at location, please check-in first at the main office (under the canopy area), where we will also collect your luggage here & also, ask you to provide your return flight information. This includes your arriving airline name, flight number, and arrival time to the Kansas City airport.
- Once the check-in process is complete, the shuttle driver will show you where to park your vehicle. You will also be provided your parking ticket by the shuttle driver. This ticket will be used on the way back to the lot to locate your vehicle.
- After claiming your luggage, follow signs for Ground transportation/Off Airport parking. Once outside the terminal, look for signs 3H/3G for airport pickup; please call 816-727-5624 or 816-727-5524.
- Keep your parking ticket visible in your hand so the shuttle driver can recognize you. Please hand your ticket to your driver as you board the shuttle.
