Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby and present your SpotHero parking pass. The front desk will provide a parking permit, which must be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay.

You may park anywhere not marked as "Reserved" and ensure the permit is visible on your dash.

Gather your belongings and head to the front desk to catch the shuttle.

Upon arriving back at SFO gather your luggage and call the hotel at 650-347-2381 to request a shuttle.

Head to the Departures level and proceed to the "Hotel Shuttle" area. Look for a black shuttle marked Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express South.

IMPORTANT: Please ask the shuttle driver to confirm that the shuttle is for Burlingame, as there is another Holiday Inn Express "North" shuttle in a different area.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
