Show your digital or printed parking pass to the front desk to validate your parking.

The front desk will provide you with a parking pass, which you must place on your car dashboard. Front desk staff will direct you to the designated parking area.

Board the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle runs from 5am - 12am.

Upon your return, gather your luggage, head to the departures floor and head to the “Hotel Shuttles” area. Note: At the international terminal, follow signs to the departures floor, exit the building, and head to “Zone 12” and “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles”.

The shuttle runs on a loop, so no need to call the front desk, but if you would like to inquire about timing, you may call the front desk at (650) 871-4100. Make sure you are boarding a white shuttle that says “Sonesta Select” & Doubletree & “Travelodge” DO NOT board the shuttle “Sonesta ES Suites”.

When back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
