- Due to an issued safety recall, Chevrolet Bolt vehicles are no longer allowed to park in this facility. If you attempt to park a Chevrolet Bolt, you will be turned away and will need to cancel your reservation.
- Height Restriction: 6' 2"
- You may only access your vehicle during the hours of operation. Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 10:00pm. The garage is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Enter this location at 350 Parnassus Ave. This is the 350 Parnassus Ave. garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the North side of Parnassus Ave. between Hillway Ave. and Willard St.
- Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.
- The gate will lift and you are free to go!
