5150 N Cumberland Lot - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

0-12 hours

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

When exiting, scan the ticket where it says "scan ticket below", then scan your SpotHero QR code at the same spot.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Cumberland Blue Line - Covered Self Park

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

The facility has a shuttle available to nearby destinations, like an airport.

Any 24 Hours

Customers&nbsp;will need to complete a form at the front desk to receive a parking pass, which should be displayed on the rearview mirror or dashboard.

Please gather your belongings and proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area. The shuttle currently runs every 30 minutes, except between 1:30 AM and 3:00 AM daily, when service is unavailable. The shuttle depart on the hour (0:00) and half hour (0:30) from both the hotel and the airport.

Upon your return to ORD, please gather your belongings and proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area for transportation back to the hotel.

Simply leave when you are ready to go!

Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel - Covered Self Park

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass and you are parking within your pre-set reservation times. Failure to do so will result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

From Higgins Rd, please make sure to stay right at entry, and take the driveway to the back lot (bordering Kennedy Expressway). Scan your QR code, located on your SpotHero parking pass, and the gate will open.

You MUST park in one of the spaces outlined in blue paint. Please reference the attached photos to ensure you are parked in the correct area. 
Note: If the spaces are occupied, you are permitted to park in the spots directly north of the blue SpotHero stalls. 

If you are traveling to O'Hare International Airport (ORD), you can access the Cumberland Blue Line walkway on the south side of the lot.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Before boarding the shuttle, go to the hotel front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD). 

When you return to ORD, catch the shuttle back to the hotel from the Hotel, Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign. If you are arriving from an international flight, call the hotel at (773) 693-4444 to request a shuttle upon return. The Marriott shuttle will pick you up at terminal door 5E. Be prepared to show your SpotHero parking pass to the shuttle driver. 

When you return to the hotel, go to the front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!

Chicago Marriott O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

Pull a ticket to enter the garage and proceed to the 7th floor or higher. Park in any spot that doesn't say 'Reserved' (note what numbered stall you parked in).

Immediately after parking, go to the hotel front desk and show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on your mobile device, and provide the number of the stall you parked in. You will receive a validated ticket and shuttle information. You may proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD). 

Upon returning to the airport, shuttle pick up for domestic flights is at door #2 of the shuttle center. For all international flights, and for domestic flights returning between the hours of 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., please call 847-544-5300 to arrange for pick-up service. (International flights are picked up from door 5E of the shuttle center.) 

When exiting the Loews garage, pick up your follow-up voucher at the front desk before returning to your car. Insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the gate, followed by the validated ticket you received at the front desk. The gate will open and you're free to go!
