Flex Rates

Drive down the parking ramp and wait the valet attendant. Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car for you. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Please roll down driver side window and leave keys inside. Additional fee if key is taken.

When you're ready to go, head to the pay station inside the garage lobby on the same level as valet attendants. Once at pay station, Scan Valet Ticket Barcode, next scan Spothero QR Code. A check mark will appear on screen once completed successfully and system alert staff to retrieve vehicle. If you entered before or after your reserved time the screen will prompt for payment by credit card only before your vehicle can be retrieved.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.[License Plate recognition may apply to some vehicles and open prior to scanning.]

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
