Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You must have this ticket to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". PARKING IN A RESERVED SPOT MAY RESULT IN A TOW AT THE VEHICLE OWNER'S EXPENSE.

Insert the ticket you received upon arrival.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

The $13.00 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 5:00 AM-10:00 AM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.

To open the garage door, please visit VendGate.com, enter the Rental ID# from your parking pass and press "submit" to lift the garage door. PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation is good for one "gate lift" ONLY. Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry.  Make sure your license plate information is accurate, as this location is also enforced by a towing company. 

You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID# without the 'SH' from your reservation. DO NOT use VendGate to re-enter the garage, use the QR code from your parking pass to scan into the pedestrian entrance. You may park anywhere marked by a SpotHero sign. Please be sure to park within the yellow lines marking your parking space.

You may only park in a spot marked by a SpotHero sign. After parking, please exit down the garage staircase. This is the North Stairwell. You will also re-enter the garage through this same stairway.

Pedestrian Re-entry: Use the QR code from your parking pass to access the pedestrian entry at 905 N Orleans. Place the QR code from your parking pass in front of the scanner window, roughly 2 inches from the blinking red light. Turn the door handle up, and then pull to open the door.

Parking in non-SpotHero designated spaces and overstaying the reservation will result in a tow.

Event Rate

To finish setting up your monthly reservation, please fill out an application with the manager at the garage, Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm. 
 
You will also print and fill out the automatic payment form, attached to your SpotHero parking pass, and submit when setting up your account with GGMC.

You will receive your parking sticker within 1 week, but may start parking immediately by displaying your SpotHero confirmation, print or mobile. 

SpotHero will accept your reservation for the first month of parking ONLY, so please make sure to set up an account with the operating parking company so that you can continue to park.  If you wish to park for only one month, please email support@spothero.com
