Standard

Ensure your license plate matches the plate on your parking pass, without any spacing. Failure to do so will get your vehicle stuck at the exit gate. If that is the case, you must use the instructions to call for assistance to be let out.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate.
You may park anywhere that does not say 'Reserved.'

When you're ready to go simply drive up to the exit gate and the gate will open after it reads your plate!

E 8th St. (801 S Wabash Ave.) - Self Park Garage

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

UP TO 9 Hours

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR!  Otherwise, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR!  Otherwise, when exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Flex Rates

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass and you are parked within the pre-set times on your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Please park in spaces #3-6, #18-19 or #22-24 only. 

Pleases take a moment and confirm that you are parked in a valid spot. Review the details in redemption Step #2 and the "Getting There" directions on the parking pass to confirm. Parking in the wrong spot can result in a tow.

The facility is heated during cold weather.

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Park anywhere on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Caution two-way ramp, drive slow, &amp; honk your horn going up and down the ramp. Use stairs in the middle of the floor. Make sure you have correctly entered your license plate prior to leaving the vehicle.
