You may ONLY park in one of the first two spots closest to Halsted.  Please reference photos. Parking in any other spots will result in a tow.

Do not re-enter your license plate number onsite. We've got you covered!

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Standard

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

When exiting, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

You may park&nbsp;only on the first floor in any non-reserved space. For pedestrian exit &amp; entry, please the door on Green St. You must press the help button on the screen twice in order to connect with security to unlock the door.
