Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass.  

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle.  Please note: Please do not swipe a credit card or enter your phone number to enter the facility. Instead, please scan your reservation.  Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions. On exit, scan your reservation again and follow on-screen instructions. If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be asked to pay the difference at the kiosk before exiting. There are no in-and-out privileges. Every time you enter the facility, you will start a new stay.
 

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for WallyPark guests is on the upper level (departures).  Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing.  Text "shuttle" or "valet" to (310) 308-6495 for airport pickup.

Scan your QR code to exit the facility.  When you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

WallyPark LAX Premier - Covered Valet

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass.

WallyPark LAX Premier - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Proceed to board the complimentary shuttle to LAX.

When you return to LAX, proceed to the “Shuttle Zone - Private Parking Lots” curbside area outside ticketing on the upper level. Call 310-337-1944 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

WallyPark LAX Premier - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover additional garage operator costs.

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover airport charges.

No need to pull a ticket! Pull up to our facility entrance and scan your Spot Hero QR code to open the gate.
 

Follow the entry directions based on your selected parking type.

Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to LAX.

When you arrive home, proceed to the upper level at LAX (Departures).  Please wait next to the red pylon/sign that says "Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttle.”  Look for The Parking Spot shuttle with the blue "Century" sign.
If you land between the hours of 7 PM and 9 AM, please call us for pick-up at (310) 642-0947.

The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.

While SpotHero does not own or operate any of these locations, we do work very closely with the operators we partner with to ensure you have a seamless parking experience every time you park!

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
