Upon arrival at the hotel, please take a ticket from the gate’s ticketing system. Bring this ticket to the hotel’s front desk along with your prepaid SpotHero reservation. The front desk will issue you a parking pass for your vehicle. Notify the front desk that you’d like a ride to the airport.

Parking is located in the east side parking lot, which is the first lot you will see before reaching the hotel building. Please leave the pass on your dashboard and ensure it is clearly visible at all times.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle when you are ready.

After arriving back at SAN, collect your luggage and give the hotel a call to request shuttle pickup.

Once back at the Hilton, customers will need to return to the front desk to receive a validation ticket to exit the parking lot.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
