When you arrive at the hotel, pull your vehicle up to the front entrance and head inside to the front desk to present your SpotHero Parking Pass to the front desk representative.

 You will be provided with a parking permit which you will place clearly on your vehicle's dashboard. This permit must be placed clearly to ensure it is visible to lot security personnel. Head to the gated/monitored lot.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say ""Reserved"".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. The complimentary shuttle runs on-demand daily from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

When you return back to MCI, gather your belongings and call the hotel front desk directly at (816) 891-9111 x0 to request a shuttle dispatch. Follow ground transportation signs out to the lower level Arrivals

 When back at the hotel, simply leave when you are ready to go!
