- Please Note: The shuttle runs daily between 9am - 5pm every 20 minutes. Transportation outside of those hours must be secured by the customer. Upon return to the airport, customers MUST call the hotel for shuttle pick-up.

- Oversized vehicles are allowed up to a full size SUV. RVs cannot be accommodated at this location.

- Upon returning to MKE, pick up your luggage, then call the hotel at 414-764-5300 for the return shuttle. Pick-up is outside Baggage Claim #4.

Enter this location at 6401 S 13th St. This is the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport lot. It is located on the west side of S 13th St. between W College Ave. and W Zellman Ct.
- Upon arrival, see the hotel front desk before parking your car. Show the agent your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
(Please note: face coverings will be required in all indoor public spaces including the shuttle. )
- You will be asked to fill out a required waiver form and the agent will direct you on where to park and how to access the shuttle to MKE.
- You are welcome to unload your luggage at the hotel front entrance and then park your vehicle. Once you've parked, you may proceed to board the shuttle. (Please note: Airline crew members get priority on shuttles.)
- Upon returning to MKE, pick up your luggage, then call the hotel at 414-764-5300 for the return shuttle. Pick-up is outside Baggage Claim #4.
- When you return to the facility, you are free to go!
