Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Next, locate a Metropolis team member located in the garage. They’ll be uniformed in all black, Metropolis branded apparel and let them know that you’ve prepurchased parking through SpotHero and need to have your license plate validated. Our team will take care of the rest. If you are unable to find a Metropolis team member in the garage/lot, please call us at (650)889-5077 and leave a message with your reservation details and license plate number. We will ensure someone validates your parking visit remotely.

2326 Russell St. - Lot

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When lot is attended, you may be required to show your QR code and be directed to a specific parking space depending on the size of your vehicle and time of your arrival.

When exiting, simply pull up to the kiosk &amp; the gate will open. You are free to go!

461 Gratiot Ave. - Lot

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

707 E Lafayette St. - Lot

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

<p>If there is no valet on-site, make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Your reservation would be monitored by the license plate. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.</p>

<p>When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved. If your reservation was monitored by license plate, simply leave when you're ready to go!</p>
